Homeowners Associations
Our attorneys have years of experience representing homeowners associations both as general counsel as well as in litigation. We have represented associations of all sizes, from small and sub-associations to large master associations, and we have extensive experience in handling claims proceeding through the Nevada Real Estate Division, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the court system.
In recent years, we have been at the forefront of the battle between banks and investors concerning property rights following HOA non-judicial foreclosure sales in which Associations have exercised their super-priority lien rights.
